Verses you should know: Matthew 28:18-20
18 And Jesus came and spoke unto them, saying, All authority is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19 You go therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to put into practice all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Jesus of Bethlehem
For unto you was born
in the city of David, a Savior,
which is Christ the LORD.
And to Him
was given dominion, honor and a kingdom, that all the peoples, nations and
those of every language shall serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting
dominion which will not pass away; And His kingdom will not be destroyed.
Of the increase of His government and peace
there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom,
to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice
from henceforth even for ever.
Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him
the Name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus
every knee shall bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth,
and of those under the earth, and that every tongue shall confess
that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Phillipians 2:9-11; Isaiah 45:21-23
... He is Lord of lords and King of kings;
and those who are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful.
I am the Way, the Truth and the Life...
He that believes on Me the works I do he will do also...
I have come that you may have life, and have life in abundance.
Your life in Christ
is discovering who you already are,
based on what He has already done

What could be more familiar than the hover and dart of a fruit fly, going about its business? And what could be more mysterious? Thirty-odd muscle pairs, in coordinated motion, flap the wings up and down 200 times a second-rapidly enough to sing a baritone G below middle C. Biologists have tried for decades to sort out the complexities of insect flight. The wing hinge, where the wing joins the thorax of the insect is, in the words of Michael H. Dickenson, a neuroethologist at the University of Chicago, "the most morphologically complex joint in the animal kingdom."

The great body of work deriving from Charles Darwin's revolutionary 1859 book, "On the Origin of Species," is under increasing attack-and not just from the creationists. Richard Lewontin of Harvard, a biologist of impeccably secular views, accuses Darwinists of telling 'Just So' stories when they try to show how natural selection explains such novelties as long-necked giraffes.
Like creationism, Darwinian evolution "can equally well explain any evolutionary history," says ichthyologist Donn Rosen of the American Museum of Natural History in New York in a recent book. So heated is the debate that one Darwinian says there are times when he thinks about going into a field with more intellectual honesty: the used car business.
Our schools may not teach Johnny to read properly, but the fact that Johnny is in school until he is 16 tends toward the elimination of religious superstition.
